Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and condition against work orders.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors safely and within operational guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the inventory control team.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure shipping targets and quality standards are met daily.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
