Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product quantities, descriptions, and lot numbers against packing slips.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload merchandise safely using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Ensure proper labeling and shipping documentation for all outbound packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
