Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials efficiently.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper safety techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
