Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify item descriptions and quantities against work orders using scanners.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Load outbound trucks and maintain inventory organization.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
