Responsibilities
- Pull and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick tickets.
- Pack items securely in boxes, cartons, or crates to prevent damage during transit.
- Label, tag, and apply shipping information to all packages accurately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work night shifts (shift times vary, typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory counting.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift, carry, and move packages frequently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
