Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, scanned, and staged for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills for order verification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
