Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to pick lists and packing slips.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing to ensure quality control standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and wireless devices to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and billing.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on quality work.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work various shifts, including overtime.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) is a plus but not required.
