Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and verify packaging quality before shipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we train the best!
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a stable work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
