Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Sort and stage merchandise for outgoing shipments.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but not required).
