Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required, adhering to all safety certifications.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure all packaging meets shipping standards before dispatch.
- Shift Management: Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and walk on various warehouse surfaces.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required for commuting to the Logan Industrial Park.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime shifts as business needs dictate.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience in a logistics role is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a criminal background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process.
