Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery with high efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Verify shipments for damage and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is a plus.
