Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory movement.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of semi-trucks and delivery vans.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check/drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all entry-level positions.
