Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual labor.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely and efficiently.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
