Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, and scanning of merchandise to ensure order accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Verify and audit incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems (RF scanners).
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
