Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Package and label shipments according to company standards and carrier requirements.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and order changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (if available, not strictly required).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
