Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking and packing items according to digital work orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and movements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in the organization of storage areas and the rotation of stock to ensure FIFO compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we train motivated candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Reliable transportation and availability for shifts, including overtime as needed.
