Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select and pack merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train motivated individuals on the job.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning barcodes and packing orders.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance is a must.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic addition and reading labels.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends or overtime.
