Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Load and unload trucks safely and accurately using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Accurately update inventory records and stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Willingness to obtain and maintain a forklift certification (company-sponsored training available).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
