As a Weekend Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly during peak hours. We value safety, efficiency, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine pre-shift safety checks on all machinery.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (CDL preferred but not always required depending on role).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
