Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock receiving, put-away, and documentation processes
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy in digital and physical records
- Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for operational efficiency
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols and quality control measures
- Support annual inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management experience in logistics/warehousing
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
