Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with procurement team for optimal inventory levels
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all warehouse assets
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues
- Generate detailed inventory reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Fishbowl)
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a climate-controlled warehouse
