Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage receiving, put-away, and shipping processes with zero-error documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through systematic audits and adjustments
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Implement process improvements to reduce shrinkage and enhance efficiency
- Train staff on inventory protocols and system usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory management or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and barcode scanning technology
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
