Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within 50,000 sq ft facility
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Load/unload trucks with precision and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Maintain organized storage zones and optimize warehouse layout efficiency
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience required
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
