Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to shipping docks
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using provided scanning systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for equipment operation
- Assist in warehouse organization and space optimization
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to operate provided warehouse machinery confidently
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with provided equipment assistance
- Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
