Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan items for shipment using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Sort and organize incoming shipments in staging areas
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
