Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for inventory movement
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging
- Maintain organized and efficient workstation setup
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance mindset
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Drive facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime (1-2 shifts/week)
- Positive attitude and team collaboration skills
