Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and efficient workflow in the picking/packing area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle checks as required
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts with frequent bending/lifting
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory tracking
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 75 lbs
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
