Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts for efficient material movement
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Maintain organized staging areas and clean workstations
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn tech systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid Texas ID or driver's license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
