Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately retrieve items from shelves based on pick lists and package them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when scanning items and reading pick lists.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work various shifts.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.
