Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand scanners, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and records
- Ensure quality control of outgoing shipments
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 4500 W Grand Ave
- Flexible availability (including weekends if needed)
