Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and pick lists
- Efficiently pack items into appropriate containers with protective materials
- Verify order completeness and documentation before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S standards
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker/packer experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Stamina for 8-12 hour shifts with frequent walking
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
