Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-picking systems
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform quality checks on products before packaging
- Maintain organized inventory in staging areas and coolers
- Meet daily productivity targets (200-300 orders/day)
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/picker-packer experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for order verification
- RF scanner or WMS system proficiency
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pre-employment background/drug screening required
