Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality control and damage
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety protocols
- Inventory management and cycle counting
- Meet productivity targets in a time-sensitive environment
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid North Carolina driver's license a plus
