Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized and clean work areas to optimize workflow
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

- Utilize warehouse management systems for order tracking
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods in a warehouse setting
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid California driver's license (if operating warehouse vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Drive location
