Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify product quantities and inspect for damage before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to the 123 Monroe St, Detroit, OH location
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and flexible hours
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
