Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack customer orders using our remote inventory management system
- Operate digital tools to monitor stock levels and coordinate with Phoenix warehouse staff
- Maintain quality control standards through virtual inspection protocols
- Process returns and inventory adjustments via our cloud-based platform
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Document all transactions and discrepancies in real-time tracking systems
- Adhere to safety protocols while managing remote warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
