- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for cross-border freight
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS and provide proactive client updates
- Resolve shipping delays and route disruptions with carrier negotiations
- Optimize load planning and container utilization for cost efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in freight/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs clearance procedures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage carrier relationships
- Problem-solving mindset for urgent shipment disruptions
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
