Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize problem-solving skills to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
