Responsibilities
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and picking tickets.
- Packaging items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Scanning barcodes and verifying order details to maintain high accuracy rates.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily production and quality targets.
- Assisting with basic inventory organization and stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours) during shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking and packing errors.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
