Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming stock for damages, verify counts, and organize stock in the warehouse.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor and package them for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory logs.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for reading safety signs and communicating with team leads.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check.
