Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Valid driver’s license or government-issued ID.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
