Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately pick, pack, and ship products to meet customer orders efficiently.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for immediate hiring.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
