Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all Amazon safety policies and procedures
- Assist in receiving and unloading shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Reliable transportation to the fulfillment center
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including nights/weekends)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
