Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of goods from trucks and storage areas in freezing temperatures (20°F - 40°F).
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Assist in quality control checks for damaged or spoiled products.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of storage aisles and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments comfortably.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
