Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage zones (-10°F to 38°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move perishable goods safely
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO principles
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment per food safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold environments
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Basic English proficiency and ability to follow SOPs
