Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Inspect, load, and unload perishable goods following HACCP protocols
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Sanitize equipment and work areas to meet FDA compliance standards
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- 1+ years cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in cold environments
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
