Responsibilities
- Load and unload refrigerated trucks and containers with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Monitor and adjust temperature controls to ensure product integrity.
- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of storage aisles and equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in extreme cold environments (30°F to 10°F).
- Physically fit with the stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
