Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely within the cold storage facility.
- Pick and pack orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols to ensure product integrity.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (fluctuating temperatures).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
