Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials in warehouse setting
- Load/unload trucks and pallets safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Ability to pass forklift certification training
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work nights/weekends (overtime)
