Job Responsibilities
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. Your duties will include:
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (Class 1, 3, or LF) to move, stack, and organize materials.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, railcars, or cargo planes efficiently.
- Perform routine safety inspections on equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized and adhere to strict safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and inventory targets.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are reliable and safety-focused. Required qualifications include:
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
